Walla Walla Conference

We were excited to be able to go to Walla Walla conference this year for all 3 days! The kids had a great time making new friends(with the exception of Luke who had a mysterious fever for the first day), and we enjoyed the meetings which were very profitable and encouraging in Ephesians 2. I didn’t get very many pictures since I was kept busy with the kids most of the time, but here are a few.
Midnight of Thursday night when we arrived at D&L’s house. They have these swings installed between the dining room and living room. Very cool!
Entertainment for little boys.
Sorry for the blurriness! D&L had 7 little kittens that Esther spent every available minute mothering.
Luke catching up on sleep during one of the meetings. David took this picture.
Climbing on some large structure that was stored at the edge of the gym.
Sunday School
Here’s some clips from Friday night, when a bunch of families came back to the house in the evening for some visiting-time and lots of food:

Hey Tracy, the pics aren’t coming through, at least not on my computer, just the 2 videos at the end.
No pics for us either. The videos work though.
Hey, if you double click on the big blank space the picture shows up. I was trying to click at the top where the “x” marks the spot. Cute pictures.
I’m working on the picture issue. We got a new camera, and the wordpress plugin that handles pictures is not handling the increased file size very well.
Great! siteground.com has a memory allocation limit for each website, and our new 12 megapixel camera creates files just under 1 megabyte, and both the Power Thumbnail plugin and the latest version of wordpress are unable to handle the photos. I’m waiting for siteground to release the domain name, and them we will redirect ourlittlenuggets.net to my server at work at glacierview.us. The blog will be VERY fast after that.
I needed the push to get this done anyway.
Oh sweet, what kind of camera? And DUDE, just resize them! LOL
Siteground has up to 5 days to release the domain name, according to godaddy, so this may not be fixed for over 1 week. Sorry.
Aunt JR,
It’s a Kodak EasyShare Z1285 12.0 MP Zoom Digital Camera w/ HD Capture.
You may not remember, but about 6 years ago, we were at K-mart in Sunnyside, WA, and I called you to find out what we needed to get for a camera, and you said no less than 1.5 megapixel, but 3 is better. We bought a 3 megapixel Kodak at that time, and we bought another one 3 years later (5 megapixel), and another one now. It’s easier not to change brands, and every 3 years, the technology gets better, and the camera gets smaller.
Haha, 1.5 megpx! I like how your camera has the video on it. I do fancy the Canon Elf (I love the clarity of Andrew and Christine’s and even Tim and Yara’s camera), or the Nikon handheld though. But I agree, if the brand you have works, then there’s really no reason to switch to the unknown. But to have video with sound is such and added bonus!
AND better to have a high Megpx with a digital zoom, as it only crops in. It does not really “zoom” in.
which were very profitable
I am not sure how you guys came out ahead. After we bought gas and put money in the collection, the conference put us in the red.
2 Timothy 3:16,17 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

Congrats on the new camera. I love my Kodak easy share! Nice video of David and the horse, very funny.
