North Carolina Pulled Pork BBQ

Tracy says this blog is not about cooking,  but she is doing something interesting outside right now for the bike ride this weekend, and I am hoping this post will help increase turnout and attendance to this event.

She has this sauce she calls a “mop” that is made with cider vinegar, sugar, hot pepper flakes, and salt, and she is cooking 3 rather large pork roasts over indirect heat using the charcoal BBQ.  Tracy suggested I start another blog for cooking at ourlittlenuggets.net/cooking.

  2. Just wanted to add, some sort of cooking blog would be fun. Maybe
    something more interactive like a message board to exchange
    recipies, advice, etc. So, what’s up with this new blog? Seems to
    have issues.

  3. Hey I just found you guys again afer Google Reader had your site up
    as a recommended site that I might enjoy. Sure enough! This is my
    first time at your new site and it took a LONG few minutes to load;
    we have 1.5 megabit DSL. Thought you might like the feedback.
