New Routines

It’s been said that the only constant is change, and that’s sure been true for us. Our latest change has been me going into work for a few hours every day and acting in some capacity as office manager. Mostly I handle all the paperwork that the business generates, but it’s a lot more interesting than it sounds… I guess because Peter gives me a lot of control, and it’s fun to try to reduce expenses and work on our overall profitability. Every morning I print out a new production graph so we can all see where we’re at and what our targets are. So actually, I’m really enjoying being part of Peter’s world and helping him in a tangible way.

Esther, playing with her “babies” in the office. Yes, that’s Enoch wearing a girl’s hat!

Luke snoozing in the isolation room. (I’ve discovered that I can be most productive if we go in during naptime!)

Enoch seems to like it there….it must be the extra attention sent his way!
Get to Know Me, by David

Heather S. created this fill-in-the-blank form for David and Tim…I thought it was definitely worth recording here for future reference.

Walking in Her Shoes
Esther’s been fascinated with cameras lately, and since we’ve had Peter’s work one hanging around and it’s older, I was letting her play around with it to learn how to take pictures. Well….she took A LOT of pictures! From a few different sessions, she came up with almost 200 shots. I found it really funny and to see what things she thought were interesting enough to photograph. Here’s a few for your viewing pleasure.
