What a relief! My little one is getting better finally! I’ve probably been overreacting here, but there is something very scary about a normally noisy, active, full-of-life little boy, lying still, quiet, pale, and burning with fever for days in a row.
“I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever.” Ps. 89:1

Hooray! His first “meal” since Tuesday. 1/2 cup of chicken soup and 1/2 a waffle.
Tuesday night we headed to Yakima for Grandpa Emmans’ funeral. You can view his obituary here. Unfortunately, Josiah was very sick for the trip and up until about 2 hours ago. He is now up and walking around for the first time in days. Because of this, I didn’t get very many pictures of our trip. Peter snapped these when Uncle Paul was having a look at him on the steps of the Presbyterian church where the funeral was held.
